Our Process: Telling the story of what restoration work could be.
The Problem
Environmental restoration has long been seen as a volunteer activity rather than a professional industry. Coastal Restoration Society wanted to change that, and needed a media strategy to help receive the government funding and partnerships to make this a reality.
Case Study:
Olam Films has partnered with Coastal Restoration Society for years to help this organization grow to one of the largest ENGOs in Canada, helping them to restore the BC Coast to abundance.
The Solution
Olam Films formed a partnership with CRS to document their projects with engaging documentary-style videos. In addition, Olam Films helped developed a media strategy, a new website, and social content designed for organic traffic and growth.

The Results
During the 2 year partnership with Olam Films, CRS grew from a volunteer beach clean crew, to an employer of hundreds, doing projects with multi-million dollar budgets. We are proud to have helped this amazing organization achieve this incredible growth.
Testimonial
"Our environmental non-profit has worked with Olam films for the better part of a year, and will continue to work together for the foreseeable future. They have been integral in telling our story with integrity and style, and produced pieces on budget, on time and in line with discussed visioning each and every time. We have found that their grace and presence behind the camera has put participants at ease and elicited the best most authentic interviews out of everyone they speak with. We're grateful for the ongoing opportunity to work with Ben and Olam films, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone interested."
